Perhaps he bought into the lie that men and women are the same. The workplace is different since women entered it in a big way. Just ask any man employed by a corporation during the '80s and '90s.
For better or worse it's a done deal. Guys need to learn to be smart and not create opportunities to get accused or sued.
It is what it is.

I think there is hypocrisy, though not what's been offered.
Men are in a no win bind. You aren't to treat women in the workplace any differently than you would a man. Unfortunately, follow that rule, and you're dead meat.
It's possible for me, as a man, to be relaxed among other men in the workplace. I've learned, however, to never, ever relax around women. I'm always very careful and deliberate about what comes out of my mouth...And where I look.

If that’s all there is, I can’t believe a man is losing his job over that.

If thats all there is, I cant believe a man is losing his job over that. O'Reilly has a very strong influence on the public with an audience of 5-Million plus viewers.
To remove him is an opportunity by Liberals, and that includes the two Murdoch sons who are now running Fox news, to REMOVE strong support for Trump.
There's talk that they are going after Hannity next.
