“Case and point”

She is indeed a case in point.

She’s awful. A complete, smiling GOP Inc hack. Unwatchable.

She does serve as a stark reminder that if you are a complete Company Guy or Girl, have no dignity or integrity, and do whatever your masters tell you, you can somehow get pretty far in life.

Bump to the top.

When O’Reilly got things wrong, he got it wrong. That said, Trump lost a powerful ally today. FNC is dead to me.

They can always change it around. You might be right on in the long run.

I really think they want a newschick sandwiched between the 8pm and 10pm slots. Regan started subbing for Kelly in Fall of 2015 as Kelly’s star began fading. Young, fresh faced, and fairly good at this, she fits the Fox News template well.

I think she will land there and have thought so since the end of 2015.

If they now dump Juan Williams and Dana Parino, that would be fantastic. Especially with Carlson going to 8 and The Five to 9 p.m. Guess they get Waters, should be good. Who gets Tucker’s old spot?

Yup, they won. I wonder whatever happened to that liberal refrain, “It's only sex!”?

Look no farther than the Murdoch sons who want Ailes loyalists gone and run Fox News how they want.

I remember a time when Tucker was considered to the left of Bill O’Reilly, and not so long ago.

We have youtube directly on the TV and you can watch the factor live every night. Once in a while there’s a glitch so we put it on janjua on an Ipad and stream it to the TV...presto. We cut the cable about 6 months ago and haven’t missed a thing except for about $125 mo bill. Then I got a magic jack and now don’t have a phone bill. Another $40.

There it is. This isn’t about sexual harassment; it’s about taking Fox to the left of CNN.

During the 2008 election, B O’Reilly was the king Obama-defender. All those accusations of him being born in Kenya were ridiculous. Having a stolen social security number from Vermont? “Ridiculous, there’s nothing there.” “Oh come on, he’s not an actual communist, that’s ridiculous.” Sure, it’s not like he ever admitted it himself (/sarc). A conservative pulling this kind of 180? It’s not too hard to figure out that O’Reilly was bribed or blackmailed, there’s no other explanation.

Media Matters, NYT and friends spewed their poison. Advertisers demanded BOR’s removal in response to MM, NYT, et al. Fox News caved to the loss of their ad revenue.

It seems to me the bad guys are the advertisers who listened to Brock’s propaganda. Anyone have a list?

Bill O’Reilly completely lost me when he became the king Obama-defender in 2008. That purple-lipped douchebag showed up to the campaign with more baggage than United Airlines and Bill O’Reilly’s pie-hole was on the TV every night scolding conservatives, “There’s nothing mysterious here, there’s no grand scheme to hide his past, you people are being ridiculous.”

Bill is pretty typical of somebody who grew up when and where he did and made it big in media.

An Irish guy from Long Island with a soft spot for the Kennedys isn't likely to be as hard right as some other people can be -- especially if he worked at CBS and ABC on the way up.

Fox News will definitely move left of where it was. I hope the ratings crater.

“Fox News will definitely move left of where it was. I hope the ratings crater.”

That won’t lead them to mend their wicked ways, though.

One often hears people opine that money is their chief motivation. I do not believe this, because I have often seen them sacrifice profit in the service of the agenda.

A leftist is a leftist first, ahead of all else: even money.

Agree! The sons are left of their father and would want to be cool with the chattering classes. Rupert Murdoch is a giant. His sons are undeserving, but they are still his sons.
