That death bed story about Beau Biden telling his father to run for president with Beau’s dying breath sounds like absolute B.S. It sounds like a recreation of the George Gipp role played by Ronald Reagan in “Knute Rockne All American” in 1940. People dying of brain cancer do not know who is in the room, let alone give political pep talks.
