I bet Ruth Buzzi Ginsberg had a sour puss face for the rookie usurper.

She usually sleeps through oral argument.

Yeah, she only needs to wake-up to sign the opinion once her clerk has written it.

Moving Gorsuch from the "WINNING" column to the (rare) Paradigm Shift category.

More likely she was passed out drunk.

Now they’ll be telling us he’s doing Scotus wrong and how Merrick Garland wouldn’t have had to ask any silly qauestions.

She probably had little idea as to what was going on and has to rely on her clerks to tell her what happened.

I guess this is Trump grabbing RBG by the ‘sour pussy face’ so to speak...

At this point. Get the paddles, let them power up with a high frequency whine and then hit the Justice and shove a pen in her hand.

I did the same thing four years ago when I was first elected to the school board.

I STILL ask (I'm sure to them what been there 12 and more years .. silly .. ) questions.

The advantage to asking questions is the answer is vocal and all in earshot HEARS it.

There is no ambiguity when asked if the sky is blue and the answer is "yes" ... now and forever settled.

Yes I expect that. I expect the liberals in the media to dissect and parse his questions. And then they will tell us that he was asking questions that a 1st year law student knows the answers to, and question how smart he is, how well does he really know the law, etc etc.

Yes. Yes it is.
