Who knows and who cares? I did get an email with an article about him going to Germany to appear with Merkel to bolster her re-election chances. The person sending the article asked if that wasn’t a violation of the Hatch Act? I guess it would be if he blasts our country while he’s there - if he keeps his yap shut about the U.S.A., probably not.
