As much as I despise the Clintons, this has nothing to do with them. She is a career employee, secretary, who joined the Department in 1999. Bill Clinton left in January 2001. This woman served more time under Bush 43 than Clinton. I am fairly confident that the Clintons never met her or even knew she existed.
