Half measures, incompetence, loss of billions through corruption and waste, not doing what it takes to achieve objectives as quickly as possible, and then a president’s successor takes office and reverses, weakens or gives away what positive gains the prior president did manage to achieve. A colossal waste of military and civilian lives and the taxpayers’ money.
