If we don’t go in then who does go in when Assad “goes?” What is the point of toppling a leader of a majority Muslim country if you’re not planning to “go in” afterwards? Do we expect the nice Muzzies to form a kindly, free, open democracy all by themselves? I thought we learned you either go in with overwhelming force and take things over or you stay out entirely. We’ve seen the half-assed approach in all forms under both Bushes, Clintons and Obama now. Isn’t doing the same thing and expecting different results the definition of insanity?

All in would PO the Russians and not be good for peace in the world.

The rebels fighting Assad are Al Qaeda, they are not a good alternative.

Going in with air strikes or a no-fly zone would help the Al Qaeda forces.

Unacceptable.

Lets talk some sort of peace or partition and the elimination of foreign jihadists from Syria.

Getting rid of ISIS is fine.

But the Al Qaeda forces must go as well.
