The same situation is happening all the time with TSA. American men, women, children, disabled, medically challenged people humiliated and manhandled by thugs using rules created by an unthinking bureaucracy on steroids purporting to keep people safe.
I have flown a lot and 99% of interactions with TSA have been totally pleasant. Aside from a few bad apples, these people are actually keeping all of us safe from our Religion of Peace neighbors. Purporting?
