The current Cook County State's Attorney, Kim Fox, is a Democratic Progressive who has argued that the system is biased against African Americans and such defendants are incarcerated excessively.
Such thinking on the part of liberal public officials is a root cause of lawlessness in Chicago where the criminals go free too often.

I saw the semi-satire story about Maxine Waters just above this one and thought I had clicked on the other. This judge sounds just like the semi-satire piece on Maxine, the same words coming out of their mouths.

blacks sadly commit most of the violent crime in this country...its a fact...it can not be denied...
I'd argue that they get away with most of their crimes....and in reality, MORE should be locked away..
