On the street level I believe leftist anger is simply a redirection of resentment that the person holds towards their parents.

Thus, children that are not raised properly lean towards that hateful agenda, because, well, “Dad, I hate you!”

Street level leftists don’t have parents. They have the government. They have given up their parental rights to the government. Their hate is based in what they’ve been told all their lives. It has nothing to do with fathers. They could have a father but they would hate him too if he had more than they do.

My point is they’ve been raised by the state and all its attendant bureaucrats who believe they should be everyone’s father.

I think you are on to something. Then you add in a lifetime worth of musicians and artists denouncing “the system” the average high school dropout, or barley scraped by idiot think they can look cool and educated by denouncing their country and what it represents. I see it all the time with my well meaning but dumbass “friends” on Facebook. They mean no real harm and just want to express an opinion and look cool but are unwittingly giving credibility to people who really do want to destroy the US as we know and love it. The real leftists are a very small minority but our popular culture/media (controlled by a had full of billionaires) gives them power.
