**SNIP**

Growers often use empty containers like this to store toxic chemicals. In the previous year, every Gatorade bottle Gabriel and his team found at grow sites tested positive for carbofuran, a neurotoxic insecticide that is so nasty it has been banned in the U.S., Canada and the EU.

Farmers in Kenya have used it to kill lions. Symptoms of exposure range from nausea and blurred vision to convulsions, spontaneous abortions, and death. “They just leave these sitting around,” Gabriel says as he carefully swabs the bottle.

But all the underclass illegals or poor kids will buy the cheapest weed.

Whereas before legalization EVERY pot user bought the criminals' weed. More winning!

the virtual legalization almost everywhere now

17 states still make it a crime to possess any amount of marijuana for any reason.

Maybe that’s why pot smokers are so “baked”.

“Pray tell, how did you come by this superior knowledge?”

I trust her. That’s why.

Now go eat a freshly fallen stick. I hear it’s great for getting good fiber into your diet :)

legislation requiring the legal execution of drug dealers within six months of their conviction, after one judicial review.

They execute each other with no conviction nor review - yet another one is always waiting in the wings to replace them.

Duterte did not limit the authority to kill drug dealers to the police.

I hope he'll forgive me for understating his thuggery.

Wow.

See, this is just more reason it should be legalized and regulated.

Because letting people grow their own will NEVER happen (too many politicians working for Big Weed).

/sarc (or not)

People in favor of legalizing the harmless plant mj will see what they want to see, generally speaking.

I have made a study of the topic, and of course, those wanting a doped up country discount any studies that disagree with their desires.

So be it.

My good friends in the PI love him and tell me he is very popular. My friends are Filipinos with a large extended family and acquaintance, and persons with extensive connections. Not political people.

Filipinos voted for him. The amount of corruption and drug lords basically controlling large areas is something people in the US have no idea about.

I have no interest in being murdered because somebody accused me of being a drug dealer, so I'll stick with the Constitutional system of the USA.

I have made a study of the topic,

What did yiou study and what did yiou learn?

and of course, those wanting a doped up country

I neither want nor expect a doped up country - any more than the legality of the drug alcohol has given us a boozed up country.

discount any studies that disagree with their desires.

I've never "discounted" a study - though I've pointed out flaws in a few.

Oh, for corn’s sake. It obvious you can read, so what’s the problem? Just so eager to be right that you can’t take in any more information?

Read my last note. I would say read it again, but there’s no sign you read it a first time.

Which would still not make it true that there is "virtual legalization almost everywhere now."
