Now is has become a bombing with sarin using Su-22s.

Next it will be a bombing with sarin using Su-22s being flown by Russians.

And finally in Linda Graham's wet dream scenario, it will be a bombing with sarin using Su-22s being flown by Russians with Vladimir Putin as lead pilot.

In the latest (pre-strike) Google Earth Shayrat overflight available to me, there are only two (of 30 visible) single-engine jets (in the same sand revetment) that look like they might be SU-22s -- and one appears to be missing its empennage:

The other 28 visible jets appear to be twin-engine, twin-tail A/C (Mig-29s?).

Can you ID them?

The Google Earth resolution on these is is lousy --- but, WYSIWYG...

I find it to be strange that 30 A/C seem to be sitting out on taxiways, in open sand revetments -- and, in the southwestern cluster -- right out on the open sand.
