it still remains my opinion that Russia is a natural ally for USA ... IF we are serious about wiping out the Moslem terrorist murder gangs like PLO=PA-Fatah, Hezbellah, ISIS, Hamas, AlQuaida, Moslem Brotherhood and so forth and so on.

The only ones unconcerned about sarin use on their troops in theater there would be the ones that put the sarin there and control it.

I no longer believe that, because I don't think Putin sees Islamo-kookery as a real threat to Russia. His actions in Syria have been almost exclusively directed towards maintaining Assad in power-- whatever attacks were made against ISIS were made simply to ease supply lines for Assad. Putin is leaving all the heavy lifting in the fight against ISIS to us.
In addition, Putin has strongly allied Russia with Iran, one the biggest supporters of terrorism, and there are reports of Russian cooperation with the Taliban.
The only guiding principles of Putin's foreign policy that I can see are Russian aggrandizement and hatred of the West, especially of the United States.
