Does he know Schumer and Pelosi indicated approval of this action?? Does he know that the president as commander in chief, has authority to take such actions? What the heck is he saying this is unconstitutional, when he knows better?
Or should say, if a Democrat president had some some such action, such as Obama’s intervention in Libya, that would be OK with Timmy.
Please, Congress long ago gave up its requirement to get authorization before the president acts, in the war powers act.. And Congress hasn’t had the balls to actually formally declare war on anyone longer than I have been alive.
Don’t remember Kaine saying when Obama bombed Libya without Congressional approval.
