2) Syrian forces poison gas attack- with or without Assad OK
3) ISIS release of gas or faking of gas deaths during or shortly after attack
Correct answer is number 3.

Odd is it not that the vast majority were innocent civilians?
Where are the dead men with guns? Isis in the past has shown absolutely no compunction not to use civilians as shields and political ploys in their deaths.
