Even now, we can’t read the Constitution and agree on what it says, even though the individual words are clear. There’s a lot of fuss over what was meant by the phrase “natural born citizen” because hardly anyone has a copy of Vattel’s “Law of Nations” on their shelf, or over what the Second Amendment meant, exactly.

Yes, so many today think the "well regulated" in the 2nd means "rules and regulations," it doesn't, it means "well operating and running smoothly."

And yet I know people from all over the world that manage to learn very good English. You do nobody any favors with this crap. English is the language of business and technology. Any international conference will use English. You are closing doors to yourself with this nonsense.

Thanks, JayGalt...I admit, I could be missing something...TinyPic is fine to post a small number of images from, but I had thousands of pictures to choose from, and finding them without any kind of search function was difficult for me. How do you navigate to see the image you want to post?

Wow! Almost exactly what I was looking for...not as clean as Dropbox, but very usable...you made my day. Thank you...I can't tell you how grateful I am. I really enjoy posting images (and seeing images others post) and haven't been able to for about a month.
