This is my number #1 issue aside from the criminality of Democrats and their neo-communist agenda. O miss the Burpee "Big Boys" and what a real tomato is supposed to taste like. Indeed, for people who have never tasted what a "real" tomato tastes like, this entire article seems like a waste of time.

But, truly it is an amazing comment on what the USA, and the world has become. A tasteless and picture perfect version of what it used to be. With no flavor, and no taste. Just filled with watery bile.

I believe the Texas Democrat Jim Hightower published a book called Hard Tomatoes, Hard Times in the 1970s, about how tomatoes were being altered to increase corporations' profit margins, but at the expense of the quality of the tomatoes.

I grew several varieties of tomatoes last year and although they did not get enough sun (we have and will cut a few more trees), they were so tasty compared to anything in the store. They were older varieites, can’t remember what though.
