It doesn’t matter if they have 41 votes to keep debate open.
What matters is how long can they debate?
They don’t actually debate anymore. They just pretend.
McConnell should change that rule right now.
Then let the Dems make fools of themselves until the country is sick of hearing about...then nuke them.
BTW, they have offered a deal only an idiot would take (which worries me). They won’t filibuster Gorsuch if Repubs agree to not nuke on later confirmations.
