Cute anecdote from perhaps the jungles of Vietnam, or just made up. All you could smell in Iraq was piss and filth. Jihadi doesn't smell any different from a Christian Iraqi. (hint: they both smell awful)

The biggest problem with women in the military is fraternization and the toll it takes on the health and morale of the troops. If there are going to be women in combat and special forces, all female units are preferable to mixed companies IMO.
