She's marched for miles carrying gear that weighs as much as she does, killed animals for food during survival training and practised jumping out of planes to get behind enemy lines.
But Jannike, a pony-tailed 19-year-old from northern Norway, will only concede that she's "pretty tough".
She is part of the Hunter Troop, the world's first all-female special forces training programme.
"I wanted to do something bigger, the toughest the army could offer me," Jannike says. "I wanted to [see] how far I could push myself."
After six months, despite some "really low moments", she is determined to get through the course.
Next up on the training schedule is close-combat fighting and offensive driving.

The crux of the issue is the last bit:

Mind set. You can’t “try to have” that perspective. If it’s “difficult” to keep that in mind, you’re dead.

That’s why I made the “mind set” comment. If you have to keep reminding yourself, you’re as good as dead. Hesitancy costs lives.
My BS detector was set off a bit simply because those chicky troops were so good looking.
Anyway the article mentions working in “conservative societies” well since the idiot scum who naturally rise to the top in a democracy hell bent on finding the unicorns of equality are importing the “conservative societies” I suspect the chicky troops won’t have to go very far to be deployed in the future.

No doubt they will distract and occupy the attention of the enemy for a while. In close combat, they would be about as effective as America’s new found women Rangers, begging to be recycled for one more chance to get it right like they so often were in training.
Brow ridges are a sign of good Nordic/Neanderthal stock. i.e. European....the people who built rockets to the moon.
