Worth bearing in mind that the 'Rats always create problems for which they have the ready solution. Health care was purposely messed up PRIOR to ACA, to pave the way for it.
THE SIMPLE PLAN
Repeal just the Individual Mandate. That is all that is required.
Then the Democrat & Rino Obamacare turd can compete with the rest.
Let Obamacare compete.

Not possible. What came before has been gutted by Obamacare. You have some states with only 1 healh policy available now
