Oh good Lord...please pay attention. That smaller hole is not where the plane impacted. Look at the previous photo with the huge hole and collapsed roof. Also, there are photos on the Internet of debris from the plane. It sickens me that people will ignore the obvious either stupidly or willfully. I don’t know what that smaller hole is, but it most definitely is not the main impact site.

That's because that hole was not made by a plane, but by parts that had penetrated the building. Note there are no marks of wing strike, and that rubble is outside. Probably an engine core, they are very robust.
