Airlines all have their own uniforms for flight attendants, but those uniforms were never a reason customers choose to fly a particular airline…until now. VietJet, a regional airline in Vietnam, has its young flight attendants dress in corporate colored bikinis, and that marketing gimmick has helped the company’s CEO, Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, become the country’s first self-made female billionaire.
Bloomberg reports, “With the initial public offering of Vietnam’s only privately-owned airline, Thao is set to have a net worth exceeding $1 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, making her the country’s first woman billionaire.”

Basic human biology is that, as with some species of birds and other animals, human females are compelled to “display” to attract the attention of males, who are just as compelled to observe the female display.
This is not a perfect system, and especially younger women tend to “over display” to attract male attention, either by overdoing gaudy and multicolored looks, or by exposing more skin.
Likewise, some women become “addicted” to male attention, often to the point of indifference as to what *form* that attention takes, equating any attention, even abuse, with good attention.
For their part, when too many males are in competition for females, larger numbers of males are frustrated or discouraged, falling prey to alternatives to mates. Which can get really gross.
Importantly, these behaviors change somewhat depending on whether they are individual behavior, or group behavior. For example, if a few females in a group decide to expose themselves as part of a display, others will likely join in to do the same, or more.
Groups of males may become aggressive to the point of violence in their competition.
