No, he said it was SPOOLS of fiber optic cable or possibly CONDUIT - LOTS of it on one or more rail cars under the I-85 overpass.
What I cannot understand is why the RR didn't shunt the cars out from under the overpass - 50 to 100 yards would have prevented the whole problem.
Or why they didn't have an airport firetruck from Peachtree-DeKalb drive south on the northbound lanes to get to the fire with foam. That stupid boom firetruck was pumping water well short of the fire
Looks to me they were being stored under the bridge - not on train tracks.

Two firetrucks from Hartsfield-Jackson showed up and used foam to extinguish the fire. By then, however, the damage was done.
