Well from the picture the bus in well onto the shoulder and almost dropping off the right side of the road whereas the truck is fully into the right lane; caught the bus on the left front right into the driver. If the bus went into the left lane then the impact damage would have been more centered and into the right side of the bus.
Old truck. Drunk or drugged driver is at fault.
Hope the church had insurance to cover when they find out this person didnt have insurance.
Illegal drunks are why I am over Insured
