I think it might be more constructive to find opportunities to spit in his food or arrange such events, kinda like finding and stealing the Shia LeBeouf "He will not divide us" flag but much more immature.

There never was a viable Trump-Putin tie. The Clinton Crime Syndicate has WAY more easily verifiable ties to Russian business, Russian government, and Russian commerce than ever Trump could have envisioned, much less carried to some point of influence. Sure, Trump knows people in Russia, he is a business man with international connections, and some of those international connections have some degree of connection to all aspects of Russian culture. But Donald Trump has no direct line or point of contact at present, and is only interacting with Putin through their Foreign Ministry and our own State Department.
Years ago, this sort of “reporting” was referred to as a “red herring”, from the practice of dragging a dead and decomposing red herring fish across a trail that a bloodhound was following, in the attempt to track some fugitive, and the red herring scent was so powerful it threw the bloodhound completely off the trail.
Everybody is being thrown completely off the trail of following the money funneled from the Russian government and related enterprises to the Clinton Crime Syndicate, and the effect that series of events had on the US Election.
If the Russians were buying influence, they got darned poor return on their investment. WAY too much was placed on the wrong horse.
