The district is very conservative (this is Tom Price's old seat, for heaven's sake).

But the DNC has poured literally MILLIONS of dollars into this race - ads are running nonstop on WSB and other talk radio stations.

The ads don't mention his party affiliation, but if you read between the lines he's clearly a Dem - because of the people he boasts of having worked for and the people who are endorsing him (all Dems).

This district is Republican, but is trending the wrong way.

Hillary only lost this district to Trump by 1.5% (48.3-46.8%). Rich RINOs crossed over to vote for her, as the execrable Socialist Willard carried the same district in 2012 over Zero by over 23% (61-38%).

Because of that plurality is why the Dems feel they have a chance to flip this seat back for the first time in 3 decades with regular Dem votes and Willardbot never-Trumper leftist RINOs.

I was in Atlanta over the weekend and his signs are everywhere and his television ads are in intense, omnipresent rotation. Didn’t know he existed until Saturday. One thing about this ad that is very bizarre - he overdubbed his own speaking. Look at the ad and listen to his voice, and consider the location. He is shown walking through a yard, walking through a warehouse, walking through an office, while continuously speaking to the camera. None of those settings has remotely the same acoustics, yet his voice is perfectly consistent. He overdubbed his own voice. Very unusual.

He’ll go down to defeat in this district. I’m thinking it will be Karen Handal.
