I watched the video several times and never heard her say the quote ‘I Helped Spy On Trump For Obama’ Where is it? And if she didn’t say that, why is it in quotes?As I heard it, she basically says it with this quote:
"That if the Trump folks found out how we knew what we knew about the Trump staff dealing with Russians, they would try and compromise those sources and methods, meaning, we would no longer have access to that intelligence. I became very worried because not enough was coming out in the open and I knew that there was more. We have very good intelligence on Russia. Then I had talked to some of my former colleagues and I knew they were also trying to help get information to the Hill. That’s why you have the leaking. People are worried."

There is one problem: Leaking is a felony. There is no legal basis for leaking to damage your political opponent, for any reason. It is simply beyond their pay grade.
This appears to be a rationalization for criminal activity.
