They only voted to repeal Obamacare when Obozo was in office because they were sure it would never get through. Now that Trump is there, all of a sudden they CAN’T repeal it? They know he would sign it, and the Repug-nicans want government control as much as the Dumb-ocraps do.
Precisely. It was easy to vote to repeal when Obama was President. That way, they could go home and say (mock tears) "Oh, we TRIED".
