Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., caused a scene at a Manhattan restaurant when he began yelling at a wealthy and well-connected Donald Trump supporter that the POTUS is “a liar.”
He was dining with friends when he encountered Joseph A. Califano Jr. — the former U.S. secretary of health, education and welfare under President Jimmy Carter and domestic policy adviser to President Lyndon B. Johnson — and his wife, Hilary, who were having a quiet dinner.
Onlookers said Schumer was incensed that Hilary — the daughter of William S. Paley, the founder and chairman of CBS — had voted for Trump, even though her husband, Joseph, is a well-known Democrat.
One witness said of the restaurant rant, “They are a highly respected couple, and Schumer made a scene, yelling, ‘She voted for Trump!’ The Califanos left the restaurant, but Schumer followed them outside.”
On the sidewalk, Schumer carried on with his fantastical filibuster: “ ‘How could you vote for Trump? He’s a liar!’ He kept repeating, ‘He’s a liar!’ ”

True, it could be a fake story. I recall a month ago, when ‘sources were saying’ that KellyAnne Conway had gotten into a literal fist fight and struck a man in his jaw, while at a fundraising event. What? Really?
I found that both fascinating and shocking. But there was never any follow up, no photos, and most telling, no reporters dogged her with related questions.
So, I don’t believe that ever happened. Why the rumor was floated in the first place, I don’t really know.
We never know what to believe anymore but the clown has come unhinged

Fake story? It was reported by Fox News. The people involved are well known and they were quoted by name.
Here’s a hint. A Story is fake if it’s reported by the New York Times, only cites anonymous sources and is anti-Trump.

The drugs the NSA uses to mind-control these people seems to have bad side effects on many of them. They need to work on that some more.
Joe Califano, who always seemed like a decent guy as far as Democrats go, is a couple months shy of 86 years old. Mrs Califano is apparently of similar vintage. Is this not elder abuse by Chuck Schumer?
