Moonbeam is repeating the crap that’s preached every Sunday.
Moonbeam is Catholic and this crap is preached throughout the Church. I know this for a fact because I’ve heard it for myself too.
I’ve stopped attending. The bishop here in San Diego is a real peach. He’s a raving Left-wing activist. Several “sanctuary” houses, outlets, organizations, schools, shelters, routes, etc.
It’s almost a SIN to oppose their anti-American activities and you’re UNChirstian if you oppose.
Well, I know you can guess or imagine the precise three words I said to the Bishop IN PERSON!
Brown went to a Jesuit seminary.
I’m guessing those three words were NOT “Bless you, bishop.”
Seriously, when I lived in California in the 1980’s I too stopped attending mass.
Roger Mahoney was the cardinal in Southern California then, and he appeared on TV urging people to vote for democrats. He supported every liberal cause he could find....gun control, open borders, high taxes, etc. I finally had enough.
Later, he helped cover up the priest sex scandal.
The church has only drifted further left since then. Sad, pathetic and outrageous.
