We need to check rulings on REFUGEES/US Sovereignty issues. Don’t know if he has ruled on that.
We also need some case law to affirm whether or not ALIENS have First Amendment Rights in the USA. Specifically if they can take over a governmental body hearing on political issues thereby through sheer mass numbers dilute US citizen voices.
