This is stupid. "Laws that undermine basic human rights," meaning you're male if you have a penis and Y chromosome. I like how basic biology is now offensive and controversial to the American Left.

Do any red states ban publicly-funded travel to blue states over liberal laws they don't like? Or are only deep blue states that petty with their virtue-signaling?
