The good Senator is a Limited Fed. G’ment type of person who believes the Constitution as written is a pretty damn good document.
If you wish to change the Constitution, pass an Amendment.
If you like a Living Constitution join the Communist Party, they too make changes in the law as they see fit when they see fit
Cruz made it a point to show that he did not support Trump at the convention. He gave tepid support to Trump late in the campaign. He is not a team player. I see him trying to thwart the Trump agenda on trade and immigration.
