It wouldn’t matter. Just because you get divorced doesn’t allow a spouse to testify against marital privilege.

Doesn’t mean they can’t testify against their spouse........so divorce has nothing to do with it...

That and the fact that the last thing they want is for Tony to be in protective custody at an undisclosed location since the NYPD isn't playing ball like the FBI is.

Better that Huma Weiner is there to keep him distracted.
