Maybe President Trump should block federal officials from co-operating with the airport. Oh, wait, that would shut down LAX entirely - no flights in, no flights out, no luggage screening, no passenger screening.

Sorry, those options came off the table when Trump folded on the damn dam funding. CA pissed away everything they had, gave the finger to all law-abiding Citizens, then came w/ hat in hand...and D.C. gave ‘em $$ that wasn’t theirs to give.

They are impeding then. You cannot refuse to assist Federal Agents in the performance of their jobs nor hinder them. That is breaking the law. ‘nuff said.

LosAngeles if you don’t cooperate with the Feds now don’t expect help when you need it.

Most policemen or firemen I’ve known are very stubborn. Some would call it strong willed. Most also have a definite sense of what society defines as right and wrong.

Nothing bad there. Firemen go into FIRE to save people. Police face gun-wielding criminals to save people. Both are heroes to me.

Besides, if the issue is THAT important then they SHOULD be stubborn. If it's not important then USUALLY a bribe, like a piece of chocolate cake, can sway the more stubborn.

Don't you remember the mantra of the '60's? "Bad laws were made to be broken."

So, laws that some of the Democrats don't like can be broken. Sounds like some left-over hippies who took way too many drugs back in the day.
