Additionally it only takes 51 not this red herring 60 as you and others espouse. President of the Senate decides what is budgetary and what is not. Also, 90% of the bill can be tied to a budgetary item. Lastly, please do let JR know how ignorant he is. I’m sure he’ll appreciate your candor.
