The language in Ryancare removed the documentation requirement so illegals could get in.
It retained 80% of Obamacare intact.
It did close off the exemption for Christian cost-sharing plans.
Illegals will be treated Obamacare or no Obamacare. The issue is whether the taxpayers pay for it through increased health care costs or some sort of insurance.
In REALITY there will be few illegals sign up because they are terrorized that Trump will deport them. Health care costs for illegals will drop as fewer arrive and others are deported either self or through the law.
