No, he didn't. He made us a promise. I voted for him based on that promise. The GOP voted 50 times (!!!!!!) from 2010 to 2016 for complete repeal. Now, all of a sudden, there's a problem? Lol. I voted for jobs. Repeal would have helped but it isn't the biggest factor. Also he has time to try again, although the legislative system will be a bigger challenge.
