The guy rolls with the punches.

Carry on.

Trump signals he'll work with whoever can come up with a winning formula? Of course. Why not? Unaffordable Zero-Care no longer is his (campaign promise) problem in the meantime. It's the Senate and House's problem. Thanks to the 'Rat Party.

Ryan is now on his own -- can't say Trump didn't back him either.

Thread winner. I think Trump has positioned Ryan to be outed from his speakership, while looking like he supported Ryancare and Ryan.

Right, and the thing is, the Democrats are powerless. In the off chance they have good ideas, use them. Otherwise, screw them. But what Trump will get credit for is being willing to “listen”. And in the meantime the Republicans can work up a real Obamacare replacement that isn’t a disaster.
