Well, if you believe the ultimatum Trump issued yesterday, it was today or never. If he was saying he'd walk away as part of some deal-making strategy, it's a terrible bluff. This isn't a real estate deal.
IMO, the problem is the RINOs, but the RINOs that are left, or too many of them, aren't really susceptible to being Cantorized given where their districts are. Rather, their seats are susceptible to getting jacked by the opposition. What a freaking conundrum.

Our 'nation' has been inexorably moving here, by our voting, for many decades. Turning this huge ship of state will take at least another decade, and require a generation of un-indoctrinated, patriotic, fiscally responsible voters.
