He doesn’t. Even if he did, the Senate would not pass it.
Also, Trump ran on replacing Obamacare with something better where there would be more people covered, so I don’t think he would sign it without something better. From a conservative’s standpoint this wasn’t Trump’s best position. (But he wasn’t any worse than Jeb Bush or most of the others)
It just seems to me that they are dying on the wrong bridge. Whatever is passed now will be changed in Senate. They should hold their powder for that.
Ryan needs to go.
How many people DID NOT have health insurance before the Obamacare MANDATE. We can get back to that number and no one Repub can complain. The world wasn’t ending.

Carejusthas proved that RyanCare isn’t workable. Ryan wanted to reinvent the wheel and he did just that. It failed. Ryan needs to go. A Speaker of the House is needed, one that works with the president instead of wanting to do things his own way has now been proved to not a solution. Ryan screw the pooch but he will never admit that.
