MINEOLA - A Hempstead man accused of sexually abusing a 2-year-old girl and stabbing two different women all on the same night was held without bail after his arraignment Thursday.
Police say Tommy Alvarado-Ventura beat and sexually abused his girlfriend's daughter early Wednesday morning while her mother was at work.
He then allegedly went to El Mariachi Loco Bar in Hempstead, where he's accused of getting into a fight with a 24-year old woman about purchasing marijuana.
Police say Alvarado-Ventura then followed that 24-year old woman to a back parking lot where he stabbed her multiple times, puncturing her lung.
Authorities say Alvarado-Ventura then returned to his girlfriend's apartment. They say when the child's mother got home, she found her daughter beaten.
"When she approached and spoke to Mr. Ventura about those injuries, it was at that time that Mr. Ventura attacked that woman also, stabbing her multiple times and striking her repeatedly about her body," says Chief Stephen Palmer.
A woman who also lives in that apartment says she was home while it happened. She says the child had been bitten and that her face was swollen and bruised. She says the child's mother begged her not to call police because she was afraid Alvarado-Ventura would kill her family.
Police say someone in the apartment did call 911 and that officers arrested Alvarado-Ventura without incident at the apartment.
Authorities say Alvarado-Ventura is a known member of El Salvadorian gang MS-13 and has previously been deported four times for other arrests, including violating an order of protection against another woman.
Police say Alvarado-Ventura was not instructed by MS-13 to commit these crimes. He is facing multiple charges of attempted murder and child sex abuse.
Acting Police Commissioner Thomas Krumpter called the alleged crimes "unprecedented" and "nauseating."
"In 28 years, it's probably the most heinous criminal act I've ever seen," says Krumpter.
He was having a real bad day. /S
Deportation is useless without a strong border.
Build that wall!
MS13? Shame on the open borders crowd.
It’s time to start putting bounties on these people. Reward, DEAD or ALIVE.
It’s what the people there want. This is on them.
In a sane country he would be shot...
Send his body back to his M-13 brethren with a note attached “Next”
Of course, after a quick and speedy trial...
How many were living in the apartment?
Must! Resist!
Awww...heck, I can’t.

Street Juss.
How much of this can the mainstream media hide?
Do you have any questions?
If a judge can [presume] to countermand an order from the President of the United States, then he can assign a POS like this to the custody of some bleeding heart open borders liberal. Imagine Schumer or Pelosi having to keep and supervise this guy.
We should consider deporting people who return to the US to failed states that have no land route back to the US. Somalia and Libya are good candidates.
...especially if and when their home countries refuse to take them back.

Deport the whole family. She was protecting him.
When I was a kid in the 50’s and early 60’s my mom used to do all of her shopping in Hempstead. There were wonderful stores and it was a lovely, safe town. In the late 60’s I went to Hofstra, in Hempstead, and, though it was changing, we still felt safe on and off campus at night. Today, it’s a hell-hole.

” Imagine Schumer or Pelosi having to keep and supervise this guy.”
That is an excellent idea.
The reason liberals/Democrats ignore things like this is because it doesn’t or hasn’t happened to them yet.
Too bad he’ll get a free lawyer and the trial will be set some time next year. If he’s convicted, the taxpayer will be paying his bills for decades unless someone kills him in jail. The good old days had a better approach to dealing with this roach. It only required a rope and a tree.
