If they wanted to get rid of it they would. Could pass in senate via reconciliation just like when commie care was passed.

Problem is, the RINOS don’t want to get rid of it.

Your history is not very accurate. Obamacare was passed by the senate with 60 votes:

Republicans don’t have 60 votes now. This Ryan bill was probably the best that could be done at the moment.

former secretary of the senate said they can reconcile a repeal as well today on wpht in philly. the parliamentarians work for the secretary of the senate.
