As kids we were not scared to climb down from the top floor, including the 3’ additional railing wall. So 27’ was no big deal.

So, did you ever fall 27'...or as a kid...just didn't have a lick of sense?

Never fell, during countless chases to catch runaway kites. We did not jump from 27 feet. We used the drain pipe to climb down by grabbing it and sliding down all the way.

My point was, 27’ was not intimidating. 37’ was, even for at early teenage.
