Paul Ryan left in the mandates and stuff like “must accept pre-existing conditions” that will poison pill it....many things wrong with RyanCare, but just the failure to bar illegals and mandate pre-existing conditions guarantee unaffordable, high deductible insurance...penalty or not.

Preexisting conditions are like car insurance after you wreck the car. If the government wants to help people who have a specific condition, it can, but not by making insurance companies cover it.
