I think he is upset that he is not allowed to ask these specific questions or he will be fired.
I am on information overload. Hard to wrap my head around all of the machinations going on from both sides.
It may be as simple as Breitbart management not wanting HIM to be the one to go to the WH and raise the issue the way he wants to do it. He is making this all about HIM. Maybe his boss even agrees with the nature of the story (would he have had this guy write a 3400 word story about something he wasn’t going to use?) - but feels there are better ways to pursue the story than having this guy go an confront Sean Spicer in the WH pressroom over it?
This guy is not the story, but he’s made it that. Maybe Breitbart feels there are more productive ways to pursue it than how this guy wants to do it.
Follow your bosses orders, quit, or be fired. Which is what I’d do if he worked for me and took to YouTube to challenge my work direction.
