Back when we last explored the Moon, all they found was pesky sand and some rocks. We need to send some miners with drilling equipment, to drill into some strange high-gravity areas of the Moon and see if we can extract some quality ore and minerals. Besides water. Maybe gold, iron, nickel etc. That would put us on a path to forging materials for building goods on the Moon instead of expensively sending it from Earth.
Too silly! But funny, too. Shatner probably would have been great as a sidekick to, say, Abbott & Costello.
