He wouldn’t have needed impeaching. We as his bosses should have had STANDING to ask him for one legit document proving his American citizenship before he was a US Senator (when he was handed a US Passport for his official travel).

There is not such a document. So he would have been rendered a fraudulent candidate. His Presidency could have been annulled.
